TeacherActive is proud to be working with secondary schools across Nottingham that are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated PE Teachers. These schools aim to provide positive learning environments where students are encouraged to develop their physical abilities, confidence, and enjoyment of sport.

We are looking to recruit a PE Teacher for flexible day-to-day cover, with long-term opportunities available for the right PE Teacher. The successful PE Teacher will deliver engaging Physical Education lessons across KS3 and KS4, supervise practical activities, maintain high standards of behaviour, and ensure students participate safely and confidently. This PE Teacher role is ideal for someone who is adaptable, reliable, and passionate about encouraging young people to lead active and healthy lifestyles.

The successful PE Teacher will have:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience teaching Physical Education across KS3 and KS4
• Strong knowledge of the secondary PE curriculum
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• The ability to organise safe, engaging, and inclusive practical activities
• A confident, enthusiastic, and professional approach to teaching
