Job summary

Radiant, a leading AI infrastructure company in Greater London, seeks a Group Finance Director to lead financial reporting, planning, strategic finance and finance operations. You will work directly with the executive team and shareholders to build scalable processes and drive business growth.

You will oversee FP&A, controllership, treasury, and finance operations, partnering with commercial teams to optimize margins and ROI while expanding into new regions.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with previous experience as a group finance director in a PE-backed business.
• Experience building scalable finance operations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong VAT and tax compliance knowledge with transfer pricing understanding.
• Proven treasury, liquidity management and risk management expertise.
• Ability to lead broad finance functions and interact with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead group finance functions: FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, and Finance Operations.
• Support acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
• Oversee working capital management with customers and suppliers.
• Manage debt compliance in project finance and SPV environments.
• Develop annual budget, forecasts, and scenario planning; drive monthly reviews.
• Improve profitability through pricing, cost controls, and efficiency gains.
• Automate processes and lead finance system improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing on ROI and commercial forecasting.
• Prepare board packs and present insights to investors.
• Oversee treasury operations, liquidity forecasting, and cash management.
