Zusammenfassung

RadiantRadiant is building a security function from the ground up in London, taking ownership of strategy, tooling and operating models for all customer-facing infrastructure. This founding role will also represent the company’s security posture to customers and prospects evaluating AI workloads.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Compliance and Engineering teams, coordinating on risk reporting, testing and audit evidence while scaling the SecOps function across data centres and platforms.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on data centre security across physical, environmental and infrastructure layers.
• Experience building a security function or SOC from the ground up.
• Experience representing security to customers and executives.
• Strong stakeholder management without formal authority.

Aufgaben

• Define and own the security strategy and governance, including policy, standards and risk posture for customer-facing infrastructure.
• Lead security input into due diligence, RFPs and technical evaluations with customers.
• Own data centre and infrastructure security across sites and environments.
• Partner with Engineering, Platform and Product to embed security into design and delivery.
• Coordinate with VP InfoSec on shared risk reporting, testing and audit evidence.
• Own incident response and crisis management, and communicate with customers during major incidents.
