AutoSkills (United Kingdom) in Preston is seeking an experienced PDI Vehicle Technician to join our workshop. You will prepare vehicles to the highest standards, carry out servicing, inspections and repairs in line with manufacturer guidelines and company expectations.

The role offers manufacturer training, competitive earnings with an up-to-£32,000 base salary and potential OTE of £48,000, plus 22 days leave, pension and career progression opportunities. Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Qualifications

• Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds or IMI qualification in Vehicle Repair.
• Experience carrying out vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs.
• Experience in a professional automotive workshop environment.

Responsabilités

• Carrying out vehicle preparation and Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs)
• Completing servicing, maintenance and repair work
• Carrying out routine servicing and maintenance checks in line with manufacturer guidelines
• Identifying and rectifying any faults or defects before vehicle handover
• Ensuring all work is completed accurately and to a high standard
• Maintaining safe and professional working practices
• Working effectively as part of the workshop team
• Following manufacturer procedures and technical standards
• Supporting the wider workshop operation where required

Formation

Level 3 NVQ in Vehicle Repair
