Job summary

Pembrook Resourcing LTD is recruiting a PDI Service Technician for an automotive dealership in Loughton. You will perform PDIs, inspect vehicles for faults, and carry out prep work to ensure vehicles are ready for delivery.

The role requires a Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, a valid driving licence, and prior PDI/vehicle technician experience. The schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays and uncapped earning potential through OTE.

Qualifications

• Full, valid driving licence is essential.
• Experience as a Vehicle Technician or PDI Technician is preferred.

PDI SERVICE TECHNICIAN

LOUGHTON | £30,000-£36,000 BASIC | £8,000 OTE ON TOP | UNCAPPED EARNING POTENTIAL

THE OPPORTUNITY

Pembrook Resourcing is currently recruiting for a PDI Service Technician to join a prestigious automotive dealership in Loughton.

THE ROLE

• Carry out pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) on vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles to identify faults and ensure they meet the required standards.
• Complete any necessary preparation work and repairs before vehicles are handed over.
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Maintain accurate records and follow workshop procedures.
• Ensure vehicles are safe and ready for customer delivery.

THE PACKAGE

• £30,000-£36,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
• £8,000 OTE on top of basic salary, with uncapped earning potential.
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
• One in four Saturdays, 8:00am-1:00pm, paid at time and a half.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Level 3 qualified in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair — essential.
• Full, valid driving licence — essential.
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or PDI Technician.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality workmanship.
• A reliable and proactive approach.
• The ability to work effectively within a busy workshop environment.
