Job summary

CFA Institute is seeking an Associate Manager, PDF Production & Delivery to own and optimise day-to-day automated PDF production workflows. You will support Content Production and Editorial teams, resolving complex issues and improving processes across high-volume learning content.

In this role, you will apply accessibility best practices, work with Typefi, and help embed robust, scalable workflows for both digital and print PDFs, shaping quality standards across CFA Institute’s learning

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in PDF production and publishing workflows.
• Experience with XML-based, automated or structured-content publishing systems and workflows.
• Experience with Typefi for PDF production is valuable.
• Knowledge of preparing PDFs for print and export settings.
• Experience applying accessibility requirements to digital PDFs.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the day-to-day health of automated PDF production workflows.
• Troubleshoot complex PDF production issues and help others resolve problems.
• Work with Typefi in a structured-content publishing environment to improve outputs.
• Ensure PDFs are configured for print export requirements.
• Embed accessibility best practices into automated workflows at scale.
