Job summary

247 Airport Transfer is recruiting experienced, TfL-licensed PCO drivers to join our team on a full-time basis, using a company-provided vehicle.

We are seeking reliable, professional drivers to cover regular school runs, with airport transfers and local journeys allocated around school commitments. School runs take priority, with a commission-based (self-employed) structure and a company vehicle provided. Completion of MiDAS/PATS training is expected where applicable.

School runs take priority

offering the opportunity for regular work throughout the academic year, subject to route availability and allocation.

Commission-Based (Self-Employed)

• 57% of job fares paid to the driver and 43% total commission retained by the company (23% job commission + 20% vehicle commission).
• Minimum availability: 5 days per week (10-12-hour shifts) or 6 days per week (8-10-hour shifts).
• Minimum target of 20 jobs per week.
• Vehicle, insurance and maintenance provided by the company.
• Fuel or electric charging costs are the driver's responsibility.
• Important: Drivers using our company vehicles under these arrangements must work exclusively with 247 Airport Transfer.

Requirements

• Valid TfL PCO Licence
• Full UK driving licence
• Clear Enhanced DBS Certificate (issued within the last three years, or valid under an accepted Update Service check)
• Legal right to work in the UK
• Professional, reliable and punctual attitude
• Willingness to cover school runs and, where applicable, wheelchair-accessible transport
• Willingness to complete mandatory MiDAS and/or PATS training, together with any required safeguarding or first aid training

Successful applicants will complete our registration, document checks and induction process before starting work.

Pay: From £1,000.00 per week

Work Location: On the road
