Trinity Health Group is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join their team in Wakefield. This role involves collaborating closely with GPs and pharmacy staff to provide essential patient-centered care and support clinical pharmacists in various tasks. The ideal candidate will hold NVQ level 3, be registered with the GPhC, and be dedicated to continuing professional development. TrinityHealth Group PCN is looking to recruit an additional Pharmacy Technician tojoin our existing team. The current team have built excellent workingrelationships between themselves and colleagues across the PCN, practices andcolleagues from other PCNs. This is anexciting time to join Primary Care and shape the future of patient care at thefirst points of contact.
ThePharmacy Technician will work closely with the PCN Pharmacy Team,GPs and other members of the PCN and practices. The post holder will workwithin a pharmacy hub with support and guidance from other pharmacy techniciansand pharmacists to provide safe patient centred care. The pharmacy technicianwill provide technical and administrative support to the clinical pharmacistsand clinicians within practice. The post holder will be supported by theclinical pharmacy technicians and pharmacists to respond to medication relatedqueries and acute prescription requests within their competency, and medicines reconciliation following dischargefrom another care provider.
You must be independently mobile and be able to travel across the practices within Trinity Health Group PCN and the wider Wakefield district
