Job summary

Rugby Health Limited is seeking a PCN Operations Director to lead the Primary Care Network, driving delivery, governance and staff oversight across 12 GP practices. You will collaborate with the Clinical Director and PCN Board to ensure DES compliance, ARRS workforce deployment, financial reporting, and strategic development, with a February 2027 start.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in healthcare, business, or management.
• Management qualification or formal leadership training.
• Extensive senior operational leadership experience in healthcare, NHS or similar.
• Experience with ARRS workforce deployment and management.

Responsibilities

• Governance, assurance and risk management for the PCN and network.
• Contractual management and compliance with DES and local schemes.
• Stakeholder engagement with ICB, practices and external partners.
• Workforce management including ARRS recruitment, deployment and retention.
• Financial management, budgeting, reporting and funding bids.
