Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience in senior leadership with strategy, operations, finance, and service delivery.
• Proven track record in NHS primary care, operational management and transformational change.
• Experience across organisational boundaries and influencing at system level.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a diverse portfolio of GP practices across Sussex.
• Deliver operational excellence, governance and patient experience.
• Develop and deliver strategic and business plans aligned to organisational objectives.
• Lead service improvement, transformation and integration programmes.
• Ensure delivery of contractual, financial and quality performance targets.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the Sussex health and care system.
• Create a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
