Job summary

Arc Primary Care is recruiting a pharmacist to develop clinical skills within the Chesterfield & Dronfield PCN, working alongside experienced clinical pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.

The role covers structured medication reviews, medicines optimisation, long‑term condition management and patient consultations, with CPPE Primary Care Pharmacy Education Pathway (PCPEP) support for those new to primary care.

Qualifications

• Previous general practice experience and independent prescribing are desirable, but not essential.
• Newly qualified pharmacists and those with limited primary care experience are encouraged to apply, with support available to complete the CPPE Primary Care Pharmacy Education Pathway (PCPEP).

A fantastic opportunity is available to join the growing Arc Primary Care pharmacy team within Chesterfield & Dronfield PCN, working alongside experienced clinical pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
