Job summary

Malloy Aeronautics in Berkshire is seeking a meticulous PCB Manufacturing Technician to join our uncrewed flight team. You will manufacture, assemble and test PCBs for unmanned vehicles, working from engineering drawings and build instructions in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires hands-on dexterity, experience with PCB manufacture, soldering to inspect boards, and adherence to quality and safety standards. Security clearance eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of PCB manufacture.
• Ability to solder and understand electromechanical drawings and build sequence instructions.
• Stock validation and identify minimum stock levels for re‑order triggers.
• Manual dexterity, attention to detail.
• Must be adaptable, flexible and open to change in a fast‑paced business.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture, assemble and test printed circuit boards (PCB) for installation in unmanned vehicles.
• Utilise a wide range of electrical and mechanical engineering skills throughout the manufacture.
• Report and respond to any failures quickly and safely.
