Job summary

Malloy Aeronautics is seeking a skilled PCB Manufacturing Technician to join our team in Berkshire. You will manufacture, assemble and test PCBs for our unmanned vehicles, using engineering drawings and build instructions.

The role requires high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. You will be responsible for soldering, interpreting electromechanical drawings, stock validation, and training other staff as needed, with an emphasis on

Qualifications

• Previous experience of PCB manufacture.
• Ability to solder and understand electromechanical drawings and build sequence instructions.
• Ability to observe and physically correct pick and place errors.
• Stock validation and identify minimum stock levels for re-order triggers.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture, assemble and test printed circuit boards (PCB) for installation in unmanned vehicles.
• Utilise a wide range of electrical and mechanical engineering skills throughout the manufacture.
• Report and respond to any failures quickly and safely.
• Training and assisting other staff as required.
• Prove dexterity, speed and attention to detail whilst building complex systems.
