Job summary

OnTarget Communications is seeking a hands-on PCB design engineer in the UK to create high-performance hardware for industrial products. You will design analogue and digital circuits, layout multi-layer PCBs and collaborate with production and suppliers to bring designs to manufacturing.

The role includes prototype support, validation and debugging, with responsibility for component selection and managing availability from concept to production in a onsite Chesterfield environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing electronic circuits and PCBs (hardware).
• Familiar with PCB design tools such as Altium, KiCad or similar.
• Good understanding of analogue and digital electronics.
• Confident debugging and solving hardware issues.
• Able to manage your own work and see designs through from concept to production.
