Voyage Care is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practice Leader to positively influence practice, support colleagues and improve outcomes for the people we support. In this hands-on role, you’ll work with managers, Behavioural Support Practitioners and frontline teams to embed PBS, trauma-informed and person-centred practice.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being visible in services and wants to make a real difference.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and/or mental health needs.
• Good understanding of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).
• Confidence in coaching and supporting others in practice.
• Strong communication skills and a values-led approach.

Responsabilités

• Embed Positive Behaviour Support, trauma-informed and person-centred practice.
• Lead by example, coaching colleagues and frontline teams.
• Support PBS plans and help teams deliver thoughtful, consistent support.
• Be visible in services and drive improvements in outcomes for the people we support.
