Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a PBS Practitioner to deliver specialist assessment, formulation, and intervention for people with learning disabilities and/or autism whose quality of life is affected by behaviours of concern.
You will promote evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support approaches, contribute to the PBS pathway, and support service users, families, carers and professionals to achieve improved outcomes through person-centred practice.
The Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner will provide specialist assessment, formulation, intervention and consultation for people with learning disabilities and/or autism whose quality of life is impacted by behaviours of concern.
