Job summary

Mirus Wales is seeking a passionate PBS & Autism Support Worker to join our friendly team in Brecon, working 39 hours per week. You will provide personalised, person-centred support to an individual with complex needs, including autism and learning disabilities.

In this role you will promote independence, support daily routines, and help the person participate in activities they enjoy, while maintaining safeguarding and wellbeing at the forefront.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support with activities the person enjoys and new experiences.
• Assist with household tasks, shopping, meals, personal care, routines.

• Collaborate with social care professionals to ensure quality support.
• Listen to preferences and help the person make choices.
