Job summary

Stannah is seeking an experienced Payroll Supervisor to deliver accurate, compliant payroll across the Group. You’ll work with Finance, HR, Tax, IT and external providers to ensure on-time payments while driving process enhancements and data quality.

The role requires strong end-to-end payroll experience, expert knowledge of UK payroll legislation, and excellent Excel and data-analysis skills. Regular hours are Monday to Thursday with a Friday half-day.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and reporting requirements.
• Experience delivering accurate, timely payroll for multiple entities or sites.
• Ability to analyse large datasets, identify trends and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the payroll process from start to finish for the group.
• Lead and develop the payroll team to deliver high-quality service.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, policies and controls.
• Build relationships with payroll providers and key stakeholders.
• Drive enhancements to processes, reporting and systems.
