Great Western Railway (GWR) is recruiting a Payroll Supervisor to join our Payroll team in Bristol. This 18-month fixed-term contract is part-time, 21.5 hours per week, supporting weekly and four-weekly payrolls across GWR and Heathrow Express.

We are looking for a Payroll Supervisor to join our Payroll team, supporting the delivery of accurate, efficient and customer-focused weekly and four-weekly payrolls across GWR and Heathrow Express.
The team manages payroll and pension data, ensuring processes run smoothly and colleagues are paid accurately and on time. You’ll also provide support to employees and external organisations, responding to payroll queries and helping to resolve issues.
You’ll be responsible for processing high volumes of payroll data, producing reports where required and working across multiple payroll entities. This is a varied role where accuracy, compliance, flexibility and a strong customer focus are essential.
Working as part of a collaborative and supportive team, you’ll play an important role in delivering a payroll service that supports colleagues across the business.
This is an 18-month fixed-term contract (FTC), working part-time hours of 21.5 hours per week.
There will be a requirement to work occasional weekends and Bank holidays to ensure payrolls are delivered on time.
