Job summary

Portfolio Payroll Limited in London/Harrow is seeking a Payroll Supervisor to oversee day-to-day payroll operations, ensuring accuracy for starters, leavers, RTI and pension deductions. You will work with a small team, report to Payroll Manager, and enjoy hybrid working with some flexibility.

The role requires extensive payroll experience, proficiency in COINS (training provided) and excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Extensive payroll experience required; COINS preferred (training provided).
• Strong Excel and IT skills essential.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience demanded.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll, including starters, leavers, statutory payments and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and auto-enrolment pensions.
• Submit RTI filings and liaise with HMRC.
• Assist with year-end procedures (P60s).
• Provide guidance and support to the payroll team.

Payroll Supervisor - London/Harrow

Salary: £40-45,000

Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (with some flexibility)

Location: Greenford
