Qualifications

• Essential: NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in finance-based subjects, or three years' experience in a similar environment.
• Desirable: Studying towards a payroll-related qualification or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Data Protection Act and handling confidential issues.
• Familiarity with NHS Terms and Conditions of Service and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide an accurate payroll and pension service to the Trust and AGH Solutions Ltd.
• Analyse and interpret complex payments (e.g., following pay awards).
• Maintain payroll records and ensure statutory requirements are met.
• Answer routine and complex payroll queries from external organisations.
