Job summary

Sizewell C Company is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our growing in-house payroll team. Based at our Suffolk site with 2–3 days a week in the office, you will process monthly payroll, maintain records and support queries.

Reporting to the Payroll, Pensions & Reward Manager, you will drive accuracy, ensure timely payroll cycles, and contribute to system improvements and payroll reporting. The role offers a competitive salary, strong pension, bonus scheme and generous leave.

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll administration and payroll data management.
• Ability to process payroll transactions accurately and on time.
• Familiarity with UK payroll regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Processing payroll transactions including starters, leavers, contractual changes and salary amendments.
• Maintaining accurate payroll records and employee data.
• Responding to payroll-related queries from employees and managers.
• Producing payroll reports and management information.
• Assisting with payroll compliance and year-end activities.
• Supporting payroll audits and documentation activities.
