Gray Healthcare Limited is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our Finance Team at Alderley Park. You will own payroll operations, ensure accuracy, and support HR data integrity in a busy health and social care environment.

The role requires knowledge of UK payroll legislation, RTI submissions, and NetSuite Payroll. A CIPP or equivalent qualification is preferred, with a focus on confidentiality and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as Payroll Specialist or Senior Payroll Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and RTI.
• Experience using NetSuite Payroll.
• Payroll qualification (CIPP or equivalent).
• Experience in Health and Social Care sector is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own payroll operations from starters to final payment.
• Ensure compliance with ethical, regulatory payroll standards.
• Calculate SSP, SMP, and related statutory payments.
• Process RTI submissions and P11D returns.
• Produce monthly payroll reports and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure data integrity.
• Answer staff questions on payroll and pensions.
