Blusource Professional Services Ltd in Milton Keynes is recruiting a Payroll Professional to join our accountancy team. The role offers hybrid working and flexible hours, with the salary negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.

We are seeking candidates with payroll experience from an accountancy background to manage weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls, CIS returns, auto-enrolment pensions and statutory payments. Flexible full-time or part-time hours available.

Qualifications

• Payroll experience in an accountancy firm.

Responsibilities

• Processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls for a varied portfolio of clients.
• Calculating salaries, overtime, statutory payments, bonuses and deductions.
• Managing CIS returns and CIS suffered.
• Administering workplace pensions, including auto-enrolment, submissions and re-declarations.
• Processing statutory payments including SSP, SMP, SPP and other statutory entitlements.
• Administering Benefits in Kind and payroll-related reporting requirements.
• Liaising with HMRC to resolve payroll queries.
• Raising payroll-related invoices and assisting with credit control where required.
• Building strong relationships with clients and providing day-to-day payroll support.
• Responding to payroll queries from clients and colleagues promptly and professionally.
• Keeping up to date with payroll legislation and ensuring ongoing compliance.
