Blusource in Milton Keynes is seeking a Payroll Professional to join a busy accountancy firm. You will handle payrolls for a varied client portfolio, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current payroll legislation.

The role offers hybrid working with flexible full-time or part-time hours depending on preference. Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications, with benefits including health insurance, pension, and study support.

Qualifications

• Payroll experience in an accountancy firm is essential.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls for a varied portfolio of clients.
• Calculate salaries, overtime, statutory payments, bonuses and deductions.
• Manage CIS returns and CIS suffered.
• Administer workplace pensions including auto-enrolment, submissions and re-declarations.
• Process statutory payments including SSP, SMP, SPP and other entitlements.
• Administer Benefits in Kind and payroll-related reporting requirements.
• Liaise with HMRC to resolve payroll queries.
• Raise payroll-related invoices and assist with credit control as needed.
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide day-to-day payroll support.
• Respond to payroll queries promptly and professionally.
• Keep up to date with payroll legislation and ensure compliance.

We are actively recruiting for a new job opportunity with an accountancy firm inMilton Keynes, who are seeking aPayroll Professional to join their team. The salary is negotiable, will of course depend on experience and qualification level and is open within reason.

Anyone with proven payroll experience from an accountancy firm will be considered favourably, at any experience level.

The job can be available with some element of hybrid working and can be flexible, available on either full-time OR part-time hours, dependent on your preference.

Responsibilities:

• Processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls for a varied portfolio of clients
• Calculating salaries, overtime, statutory payments, bonuses and deductions

• Processing statutory payments including SSP, SMP, SPP and other statutory entitlements
• Administering Benefits in Kind and payroll-related reporting requirements
• Liaising with HMRC to resolve payroll queries
• Raising payroll-related invoices and assisting with credit control where required
• Building strong relationships with clients and providing day-to-day payroll support
• Responding to payroll queries from clients and colleagues promptly and professionally
• Keeping up to date with payroll legislation and ensuring ongoing compliance
