Phoenix Learning & Care Group is recruiting a Payroll Officer to manage the salary process across multiple payrolls. Based at our Tiverton head office in Devon, the role covers end-to-end payroll, HMRC compliance, and pension administration for around 750 employees across several payrolls.

You will ensure accurate payments, tight controls, and data protection compliance while collaborating with Finance and HR.
