Job summary

Role: Payroll Specialist on a 2-year contract based in Shenton. You will handle end-to-end payroll for a 500+ workforce, including pro-ration, CPF/claims, and data accuracy. The position requires SAP/SuccessFactors experience and strong Excel skills.

You will collaborate with HR, address inquiries, and ensure timely, compliant payroll submissions. Working hours are standard business hours, with attention to accuracy and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum A Levels or Diploma required.
• At least 3 years in end-to-end payroll or claims processing, with ERP/HRIS experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate).

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for a 500+ headcount, including pro-ration and benefits.
• Coordinate with HR business partners to obtain inputs for pay elements.
• Investigate data inaccuracies and propose improvements for efficiency.
• Maintain secure archival records for audits.
• Provide clear responses to employee and client queries via email.

Job description

- 2 years contract (renewable based on performance and headcount needs)
- 8.30am-6.00pm
- Up to $3,400 + PB
- Shenton

Responsibilities:

• Process – Process end-to-end payroll for an organisation with a headcount of 500 or more, including but not limited to,
  pro-ration of salary for new hires and resignees, submission of monthly CPF and refunds, submission of NS and
  Government Paid Leave claims, processing transport/dental claims from employees, ensuring accuracy of bank details
  and timely submission of bank files, providing payroll GL to the finance team for reconciliation, filing of IR21 for foreigner
  resignees and annual IR8A, etc.
  Coordinate – Correspond with HR business partners to retrieve data and inputs necessary for relevant pay elements.
  Investigate – Report data inaccuracies in payroll systems and report to managers and clients for advice. Highlight and
  recommend improvements and solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  Audit – Maintain a secured archival of payroll files to support annual and ad-hoc audit exercises.
  Communicate – Provide clear and concise responses to any queries raised through email by employees and/or clients in
  a professional manner to achieve positive customer experience

Period:

• 2 years contract ( renewable based on performance and headcount needs)

Location:

• Shenton
• Up to $3,400 + PB

Working hours:

• Mon to Fri 8.30am to 6:00pm

Requirements:

• Minimum ‘A’ Levels or Diploma
• Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end payroll and/or claims processing, preferably with knowledge of SAP, SuccessFactors or Excelity systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, minimally Intermediate level
