OneAdvanced in the UK seeks a Principal Product Manager (Payroll) to define and deliver the long-term product strategy and portfolio across payroll-related products. You will influence governance, pricing, and AI-enabled capabilities while aligning with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

The role focuses on statutory payroll processes, compliance, and strategic product decisions to drive sustainable growth and market differentiation from Birmingham.

Qualifications

• Expert-level domain expertise in UK payroll compliance and legislation.
• Experience with statutory payroll reporting and integrations with HMRC or pension providers is valued.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, portfolio management, and enterprise operating models.
• Hands-on experience with pricing strategy, revenue optimization, and governance.
• Familiarity with SaaS, platform, and digital product ecosystems.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled payroll capabilities and responsible AI governance.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term product strategy and portfolio roadmap across payroll products.
• Lead executive-level customer engagement to inform strategy and investments.
• Set portfolio investment priorities and decision rights (build/buy/partner/AI).
• Own portfolio commercial strategy including pricing and revenue growth.
• Establish analytics, data governance, and regulatory compliance for AI-enabled products.
• Lead go-to-market strategy and timing aligned with UK legislative milestones.
