Job summary
OneAdvanced is seeking a Principal Product Manager (Payroll) to shape the long-term product strategy, governing a portfolio of payroll-related products and adjacent workflows. You will influence investment priorities, market positioning, and the product operating model across executive and cross‑functional teams.
In this high-impact role, you will define the portfolio roadmap, manage pricing and monetisation, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Expert-level knowledge of UK payroll compliance and legislation
- Strong understanding of product strategy and portfolio management
- Experience with SaaS platforms and enterprise product models
- Ability to define investment priorities and pricing strategies
- Familiarity with AI-enabled payroll governance and regulatory obligations
- Proven track record in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment
Responsibilities
- Define and deliver long-term payroll product strategy and portfolio roadmap
- Lead portfolio investment priorities and make build/buy/partner decisions
- Own portfolio pricing, packaging, and revenue growth
- Engage executive stakeholders to align strategic priorities and investments
- Govern portfolio analytics, data governance, and performance measurement
- Lead GTM strategy and regulatory-compliant product launches
