Job summary

Kisimul Group is seeking a Payroll Supervisor to oversee day-to-day payroll operations within the finance team in the United Kingdom. You will manage a Payroll Assistant and maintain payroll records using Frontier CHRIS and SAGE Line 50, ensuring timely processing of weekly attendance, overtime, and HR data such as starters and leavers.

The role requires attention to detail, strong data accuracy, and the ability to coordinate with HR to handle maternity/paternity matters and payroll queries.

Qualifications

• Experience managing payroll for multiple groups.
• Proficiency with payroll software and data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Line management of Payroll Assistant.
• Maintain payroll records in Frontier CHRIS and historical records in SAGE Line 50.
• Collate and process weekly attendance, overtime and sick records.
• Process starter, transfer and leaver data supplied by HR.
• Process other HR data such as maternity, paternity and work-related injuries.
• Run audits to ensure rotas and leave groups are correct in Frontier CHRIS.
• Process third-party payroll data, tax code changes, AOEs and childcare vouchers.
• Process and amend adjustments from payroll queries.
• Produce pay slips and payments for all wages and salaries.
