Prestwick Aerosystems Limited, part of Airbus, is hiring two Payroll Officers to join the Human Resources team at Prestwick. You will deliver payroll for about 1,300 employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely processing while handling workforce management queries.

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll in a complex organisation.
• Knowledge of PAYE, NI, and pensions.
• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail and discretion.
• Excellent communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll preparation, validation and processing to ensure accurate, on-time pay.
• Provide guidance to managers and staff on payroll and workforce processes.
• Review data, reconciliations and calculations, resolve discrepancies.
• Support payroll audits and system improvements to boost efficiency.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality payroll service.
