Dayforce Payroll Officer – Contract (Remote, UK-Based)

Location: Remote (UK only)

Contract: 3 months initially, with potential extension

Start: ASAP

The Role

Supporting a UK-based client to hire a Payroll Officer with strong Dayforce experience to support BAU payroll delivery over the next few months. This is a remote contract role, ideal for someone confident handling monthly cycles independently and exisitng familiarity with Dayforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll using Ceridian Dayforce
• Manage new starters, leavers, overtime, and commissions (spreadsheet uploads)
• Administer benefits including Sharesave, childcare vouchers, healthcare, PSG, and SEESOPs etc.
• Submit pensions (Aegon exp is a plus)
• Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation, including statutory payments and RTI submissions
• Liaise with the FD to ensure payroll is accurate and on time.
