Job summary

We are partnered with an established construction company and are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join their team. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will administer payroll across the business in compliance with UK and ROI legislation.

This full-time role offers an excellent salary and benefits package, with possible consideration for reduced hours for the right candidate. Key responsibilities include processing monthly payroll, maintaining records, handling SSP/SMP, RTI

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a payroll administration role is desirable.
  • Good understanding of payroll processes and UK/ROI statutory requirements.
  • Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office.
  • Mega Pay and/or SAP SuccessFactors experience is desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Able to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise closely with HR and Finance to ensure accurate payroll data.
  • Assist with payroll system testing and development.

This is a full-time position, however part-time or reduced hours may be considered for the right candidate.
