Job Description
  • Part-time fixed-term contract
  • Working from the 8th to the 20th of each month; flexible working options available
  • Competitive salary

The Payroll Officer will have the crucial task of ensuring over 350 employees in the UK and Ireland are paid accurately and on time.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Processing salary adjustments, starters, leavers, contract changes, tax documents, SSP/SSMP payments
  • Managing time and attendance, including overtime, timesheets, and sick payments
  • Handling the Payroll inbox, liaising with employees across Head Office and Residences
  • Processing and assessing pension and other payments
  • Maintaining accurate records of all relevant paperwork
  • Filing processed paperwork and performing ad hoc duties as required
  • Responding to employee queries regarding pay, absences, and pay amounts

Requirements include:

  • Experience in a similar payroll role, preferably managing payroll for multiple entities and currencies
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Experience with Moorepay or similar payroll systems is advantageous

We are looking for someone available part-time, roughly from the 8th to the 20th of each month, aligning with our pay period.
