Job summary

Oliver Bonas is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead the end-to-end payroll for hourly-paid and salaried team members in our Support Office. You will work with our payroll bureau to ensure monthly payrolls are accurate and on time, and act as the business expert for payroll and HR systems.

Based in Tolworth near Chessington, OB offers hybrid work with 3 days in the office and 2 days home working, with flexibility options.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end payroll for hourly and salaried staff in a complex organisation.
• Experience using HR/payroll systems and ensuring data integrity.
• Knowledge of payroll legislation and statutory requirements with practical application.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly payroll from input to final approval.
• Review inputs and payslips; investigate discrepancies.
• Manage pension schemes and statutory payments; coordinate with payroll bureau.
• Lead and develop the Payroll Administrator; respond to payroll queries.
