Judicium is seeking a qualified Payroll Manager to lead our Payroll & Pensions team in Bury. This permanent, hybrid role focuses on delivering accurate, compliant payroll services for clients and developing a high-performing payroll office.

You will manage monthly payrolls, mentor Payroll Officers, and drive process improvements while ensuring HMRC submissions and year-end tasks (P60, P11D) are completed on time.

Qualifikationen

• CIPP Level 5 qualification or degree in Payroll Management.
• Proven experience managing and developing a payroll team.
• Strong knowledge of current payroll legislation.
• High-level technical payroll expertise.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Collaborative, team-focused approach.

Aufgaben

• Prepare monthly client payrolls with full service.
• Lead, motivate, and develop Payroll Officers.
• Organise workloads to meet deadlines and SLAs.
• Act as point of contact for payroll and pension queries.
• Make HMRC submissions and ensure compliance.
• Deliver year-end processes (P60, P11D).
• Identify improvements to internal payroll processes.
