Job summary

T2M Resourcing is recruiting an experienced Payroll Manager in the Newark area to lead an established payroll team and ensure accurate, compliant delivery of payroll operations. The role supports growth with a hybrid work model requiring 3 office days per week.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years managing payroll teams, knowledge of UK payroll legislation including HMRC rules, and a CIPP qualification is desirable. Eligible to work in the UK on a permanent basis.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing a payroll team; ideally 1,000+ employees.
• Experience with hourly-paid staff and attendance systems.
• Desirable CIPP qualification and payroll process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and coach the payroll team for accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and timeliness.
• Ensure pension submissions and auto-enrolment compliance.
• Maintain UK payroll compliance with HMRC, tax and employment law.
• Resolve complex payroll queries and support stakeholders.
