T2M Resourcing Ltd, based near Newark, is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead an established payroll team and ensure accurate, compliant payroll delivery. The role supports growth with hybrid working and a mix of full-time and part-time options.

The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end payroll, pension submissions, and regulatory compliance, while driving continuous improvement and stakeholder collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing a payroll team.
• Experience handling hourly-paid employees and attendance systems.
• CIPP certification is desirable.
• Proven track record in improving payroll processes.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the payroll team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and timely payments.
• Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation including HMRC rules.
• Manage pension submissions and auto-enrolment requirements.
• Audit payroll processes and implement improvements.
• Coordinate with payroll software providers and IT.
• Support cross-departmental payroll queries and projects.
