This position will act as the responsible payroll manager for all payroll and pension related matters in UK, Ireland and Turkey and potentially for other regions, e.g. Middle East upon demand and report to the Manager, HR in London, England.
Accountabilities (Responsibilities):
- Manage all aspects of payroll and pension input for external payroll providers for UK, Ireland and Turkey
- Main contact for external payroll providers in UK, Ireland and Turkey
- Co-operation and communication with external organisations for any payroll and pension related queries and processes
- Support the HR Team in administrative issues related to payroll
- Prepare relevant payroll reports for Finance departments in London and Headquarters and deal with appropriate correspondence
- Liaise with company Auditors and external Auditors
- Produce and extract reports from payroll system
- Handle all employee / retiree related issues
- Assist with the implementation of new payroll system in countries of scope
- Support other payroll related projects
- P11d processing
- Other HR duties or projects as required
Qualifications- Qualification in the field of payroll accounting or comparable
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the field of payroll accounting in UK; experience with Irish payroll is an asset
- Experience with ADP Celergo, SPM and WorkForce Manager is an asset
- Very good knowledge of HR practices and processes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of respect for confidentiality
- Strong team player
- Proven ability to assess and prioritize workload
- Proven ability to work to imminent deadlines and adapt to changing goals and priorities
- Strong knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent in English, French is an asset
- Adaptable and ability to work flexible hours as required/directed
