I am seeking an experienced Payroll Manager for a global business.

The Payroll Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing end-to-end payroll operations for multiple countries and regions, including UK, Ireland, France, Spain, Netherlands, and Germany.

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, statutory contributions, and benefits.
• Stay updated with global payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements for each jurisdiction.
• Support the wider payroll and HR team with guidance and advice across all payroll matters.
• Manage data integrity and conduct compliance audits.
• Implement reporting and process improvements.

Experience
