Job description

A large successful company is seeking a Payroll Assistant / Manager to join the team. This full-time or part-time position will start as a long-term temporary role and is suitable for candidates with high-volume end-to-end payroll experience at a senior level, as well as knowledge of current payroll legislation. The successful applicant will have the option to work from various sites in the Hull, East Riding, and North East Lincolnshire areas.

THE ROLE
  • Full-time or part-time hours available, with various sites to work from.
  • Long-term temporary contract.
  • Oversee all aspects of payroll, including collation of hours, managing P-documents, sickness, holidays, NI, Tax, and related admin.
  • Provide support to accounts clerks (not essential).
  • Large company with flexible hours and a positive working environment.
THE CANDIDATE
  • Significant experience in a high-volume payroll environment.
  • High personal standards including accuracy and effective communication.
  • Knowledge of current payroll and HMRC legislation is essential.
  • Ability to self-manage and take ownership of duties.
  • Immediate availability.
