Job Description:

We have an immediate opening for a Payroll Manager to join a fast-paced and international business where you will support around 2,000 employees globally. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of this growing company to process, oversee, and direct multiple payrolls and payroll procedures.

As Payroll Manager, you will support and supervise a small payroll team, reporting to the HR Director, ensuring smooth operation of multiple payrolls and partnering with the wider business.

You need to be available immediately for this interim contract, initially lasting 3 months (possibly longer). The client offers a competitive salary and the option to work fully remote.

The successful Payroll Manager will have:

  • Experience in payroll and people management in a high-volume environment.
  • Ideally, experience using Zellis payroll software.
  • Ability to perform manual payroll calculations.
  • P11D processing experience.
  • Skills in data management and reporting.
  • Ideally, experience with UK and Ireland payroll processing.
  • Ensuring accurate processing of wages, salaries, bonuses, and compensation for UK and Ireland employees.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Processing all amendments promptly.
  • Reviewing errors, exceptions, and report reconciliation.
  • Reconciling and authorizing BACS reports, payroll summaries, and final analyses.
