BSW Group is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead the end-to-end weekly and monthly payrolls from Halbeath. You will ensure accurate, timely payments and strong service to employees and managers.
You will own payroll processes, enforce compliance with PAYE, NI and pensions, and work closely with HR and Finance to maintain data integrity. A high-volume environment and confidentiality are essential. Office-based role, full-time hours.

As a Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and directly running the accurate, timely and compliant delivery of weekly and monthly payrolls. You will take ownership of the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining a high level of service to employees, managers and key stakeholders.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will lead the payroll function, execute payroll cycles, and ensure robust processes and controls are in place. You will ensure all payrolls are delivered in line with company policies, legislation and statutory requirements.
