Job summary

Cedar Health and Wellbeing is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage the monthly payroll cycle, ensuring timely payments and regulatory compliance. The role involves liaising with HR, service managers, and the finance team, and administering payroll benefits.

Proficiency with Sage 50 Payroll, Sage HR, and Excel is essential. Remote collaboration with HR and service managers, paired with on-site finance interactions, requires strong data accuracy and dispute resolution skills.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with payroll regulations and filings.
• Ability to resolve payroll disputes and issues.

Responsibilities

• Process all aspects of the monthly payroll.
• Ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Maintain compliance with laws and regulations.
• Administer payroll benefits (Medical/Car/Fuel).
• Handle issue/dispute resolution related to payroll.
• Liaise with HR department (remote).
• Liaise with Registered Managers of each service (remote).
• Collaborate with Finance Team (on-site).
• Compare roster with timesheets.
• Manage system and processes (see software).
