A leading marketing and communications firm in London is seeking a Payroll Lead for their People Operations team. This hybrid role involves managing outsourced payroll for UK and US entities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll data while collaborating closely with external vendors like ADP. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and qualified in payroll management, with experience handling payroll in both countries. M+CSaatchi Groupare looking for a Payroll Lead to be part of our People Operations team. The role will report into our Global Head of People Operations and will be responsible for the outsourced payroll for M+C Saatchi entities based in the UK and US.
We are currently outsourcing to ADP on a managed service model and are looking for someone to work closely with ADP and the business to ensure that all payroll data is processed accurately and on time.
The role is a hybrid role with expectation of being in the London office 1-2 days a week.
A team player with good communication skills at all levels, but able to work on their own and be proactive and take initiative based on experience and knowledge.
