You will work across Spain, Belgium, and the UK, coordinating with diverse stakeholders and ensuring payroll systems run reliably while driving improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within payroll, HR or related HR/IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Support BAU payroll IT activities and contribute to future UK programmes.
• Translate business needs for technical audiences and vice versa.
