Job summary

Caresoft Global Limited is hiring a Business/Systems Analyst for EU Payroll IT on a contract (approx. 12 months). The role covers BAU payroll IT work and UK-focused programmes across Spain, Belgium and the UK.

You will work mainly onsite in Basildon, Essex (4 days per week on site) with occasional remote days, and contribute to requirements gathering, testing and stakeholder communications.

Hourly rate starts at £30.18ph (Inside IR35) rising to £39.55ph after 13 weeks.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business/Systems Analyst in payroll or HR IT systems.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
• Experience supporting UAT and testing processes.
• Ability to coordinate across countries and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with both business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support BAU payroll IT activities.
