Job summary

Select Engineering in Dunton, Essex seeks a Business/Systems Analyst for EU Payroll IT. The role splits between BAU payroll IT tasks and UK-focused programmes of work, with emphasis on stakeholder communication and understanding system architecture. On-site four days a week; IR35 inside.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within payroll, HR or HR/IT systems environment.
• Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting UAT and structured testing processes.
• Ability to work across multiple countries and stakeholder groups and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating business needs to technical audiences.
