Job summary

Bertrandt Group is seeking a Business Operations Co-ordinator to join the EU Payroll IT team. The role splits time between BAU payroll IT activities and future programmes of work, with a focus on the UK. It requires strong BA skills and a basic understanding of system architecture and release processes.

Based in the UK, the position is a 12-month contract with a minimum of four days onsite per week, supporting payroll operations across multiple EU nations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in payroll/HR IT systems.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting UAT and structured testing processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyse payroll IT needs across UK, Spain and Belgium and support BAU operations.
• Contribute to future programmes, focusing on the UK, with strong BA and some technical understanding.
• Translate business requirements for technical teams and translate IT concepts for business users.
