What We’re Looking For:
• Payroll Know-How: You’ve got experience in a payroll processing environment (ideally high volume) and understand the nuances of UK legislation—ROI knowledge is a bonus!
• Excel Confidence: You’re comfortable using Excel for data interrogation—VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and manual calculations come naturally to you.
• Systems Savvy: Experience with payroll/HR systems such as Sage and PeopleXD/Access is desirable.
• Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment, but you’re just as capable working independently to tight deadlines.
